Support IT Intern

About the role

As an IT Support intern at Malt, you will work closely with your manager to support a high-growth European scale-up. You will act as a bridge between technical IT support and employee experience while contributing to internal projects. This role offers the opportunity to explore the full spectrum of IT, from infrastructure to automation, in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide international technical support (Level 1 & 2) for operations across France, the UK, Spain, Germany, and Benelux.
• Automate the onboarding and offboarding lifecycle to streamline administrative processes.
• Manage hardware configuration, deployment, and maintenance for a fleet of Macs using MDM tools.
• Maintain a global inventory to track and optimize hardware assets.
• Develop and optimize internal procedures and the company knowledge base including tutorials and FAQs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and the development of internal productivity tools.
