About the role

CargoBeamer is seeking a student to support the IT team in workplace management as the company grows. You will gain practical experience in IT workstation support, including device deployment, procurement coordination, and process optimization. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, external service providers, and employees to ensure efficient and secure digital work environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the installation, configuration, and deployment of Windows devices for new employees
• Assist with standardized deployment and rollout processes
• Maintain asset, license, and device data in relevant systems
• Document IT workstations and assist with procurement, inventory, and distribution of hardware
• Coordinate device returns and repairs
• Process IT service requests and tickets
• Contribute to the optimization and standardization of IT workplace processes
• Create and maintain technical documentation, checklists, and how-to guides
