Solutions Consultant, Digital Assets

About the role

CertiK is seeking a solutions consultant to act as a primary point of contact for banks, regulators, and financial institutions across Europe. This forward-deployed role involves working directly with client compliance and risk teams to understand their challenges and deliver tailored security and regulatory solutions. You will bridge the gap between client needs and internal product development while managing consulting-style engagements on the ground.

Responsibilities

• Spend extended periods on site with compliance, risk and innovation teams at banks, CASPs, custodians and regulators in the Europe and nearby markets
• Run discovery with clients and prospects to understand their workflows, tools, pain points and regulatory obligations
• Bring findings back to Product and Business Development to shape the roadmap and sales approach
• Partner with Business Development in client meetings and regulator conversations
• Present products and services to senior client teams and turn pain points into scoped proposals
• Deliver advisory engagements including licensing readiness reviews, gap analyses, technical due diligence, and digital asset strategy assessments
• Represent the company at industry events and regulator meetings in the region
• Coordinate with global teams across time zones
