About the role
WorkWave is seeking a Mid Market Account Manager to build strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, identifying expansion opportunities and driving the adoption of our software and fintech solutions. This role is essential for strengthening customer partnerships and growing book value within our service management market.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth across assigned accounts by positioning WorkWave's comprehensive solutions to unlock new business value.
- Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships and account health.
- Lead high-impact QBRs and visionary account planning sessions to align on strategic priorities and hunt for expansion opportunities.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations in lockstep with Sales Engineers to showcase client priorities.
- Manage the full expansion sales cycle from needs discovery through negotiation and deal closing.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of whitespace opportunities and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly ARR quotas.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and pipeline management within Salesforce.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align resources and drive deal execution.
