Enterprise Account Executive - Financial Services

About the role

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth within the financial services sector. You will act as a strategic partner to institutions, helping them implement conversational AI solutions to improve customer service and operational efficiency. The role involves managing complex sales cycles, navigating procurement and compliance processes, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-impact AI voice technology.

Responsibilities

• Win net-new logos and drive ElevenAgents deal volume.
• Balance a diverse pipeline of large financial institutions and medium-sized regional clients.
• Partner with the Enterprise Sales Lead to convert warm introductions into qualified opportunities and closed deals.
• Identify opportunities for conversational AI to drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in customer-facing and internal workflows.
• Develop and execute account strategies across buying groups including CX, Product, Technology, Risk, and Legal.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to manage Proof of Value and guide customers through security and architecture reviews.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on generative AI and voice to sharpen company positioning and messaging.
