Cybersecurity Software Engineer

About the role

Trusteq Gmbh is seeking a Cybersecurity Software Engineer to develop secure software and infrastructure solutions using security-by-design principles. The role involves identifying security risks, conducting code reviews, and implementing security mechanisms like authentication and encryption across client projects. You will work closely with development and infrastructure teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and promote secure software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure software and infrastructure solutions integrating security-by-design principles.
• Identify security risks in applications, cloud environments, and infrastructure configurations.
• Conduct security-focused code reviews and establish best practices.
• Implement security mechanisms including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secrets management.
• Integrate security checks into CI/CD pipelines and support DevSecOps structures.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions for secure cloud provisioning.
