AI Software Development Consultant

About the role

Invensity Group is seeking an AI Software Development Consultant to build AI-powered software that automates manual tasks and integrates into client processes. You will work on developing reliable, scalable AI solutions that meet strict data protection and security requirements within client infrastructure. The role involves collaborating with professional project teams to support complex development projects from initial concept to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Integrate LLMs into software solutions, design prompts and guardrails, and ensure reliable application performance.
• Develop on-premises AI solutions that meet client requirements for data protection, security, and system compatibility.
• Develop and test robust backends, microservices, and APIs including REST and GraphQL.
• Establish clean code principles and conduct code and architecture reviews.
• Improve workflows and introduce automated testing and CI/CD processes to maintain high software quality.
• Support complex development projects through every phase and share expertise through workshops and coaching.

Qualifications
