Senior Consultant/Manager, AI/ML Engineer

About the role

The AI/ML Engineer will lead the delivery of AI-enabled solutions embedded in client teams, combining deep technical specialism with commercial and leadership skills. This role involves owning and leading consultancy engagements end-to-end, from shaping opportunities to delivery governance and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultancy engagements end-to-end from shaping opportunities to delivery governance and team leadership.
• Design and build production-grade agentic systems using major LLM SDKs and agent frameworks.
• Manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle including feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and production deployment.
• Develop production-grade Python services and front-end applications using React and Next.js.
• Design cloud architectures and implement strong engineering practices such as CI/CD and testing.

Qualifications
