AI Solutions Engineer

About the role

The AI Solutions Engineer will harmonize AI initiatives across the company into a coherent strategy and design new AI-driven workflows. This role involves managing AI infrastructure, advising on regulatory and risk compliance, and vetting external AI components. The engineer will also foster AI literacy across the organization through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize AI tools and initiatives across teams into a coherent company-wide approach
• Design and roll out new AI-driven workflows using agents and other methods
• Manage AI infrastructure including cloud and on-premises environments from architecture to deployment
• Serve as an internal reference point for AI, advising on regulatory, compliance, and risk questions
• Vet and validate externally sourced AI components for products and processes
• Grow AI literacy across the organization through mentoring and knowledge-sharing

Qualifications
