About the role

The HR Executive will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various technical, non-technical, and leadership roles. This position involves coordinating with department heads to identify hiring needs and ensuring a seamless onboarding and induction experience for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and leadership positions.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, employee referrals, and campus recruitment.
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and orientation.
