This role involves identifying, attracting, and closing top-tier talent to drive operational excellence and scalable growth. You will partner with senior leadership to design roles and execute hiring strategies in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring across G&A and business functions including People, Finance, Legal, Strategy, Marketing, Design, Communications and Operations.
• Source proactively and creatively across diverse talent pools in corporate and scale-up environments.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership by advising on role design and organizational needs.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects the company brand.
• Use data to track pipeline performance and improve hiring outcomes.
