About the role

The Binance Accelerator Program is a 3-6 month internship designed for early career talent to gain firsthand experience in the digital assets space. Interns will develop professional skills and expand their network while contributing to the operations of a leading global blockchain ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles
• Manage job postings across platforms
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS
• Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies
• Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects
• Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings
• Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations
