About the role

As an intern, you will independently build and implement new processes within the Personio platform, ranging from conceptualization to practical execution. You will support the HR team in optimizing workflows for recruiting, administration, and onboarding while exploring the integration of AI tools into daily operations. This role offers deep insights into modern HR management, including employer branding and internal communications, within an international group environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement new processes in Personio from conception to execution
• Develop and map new workflows for recruiting, personnel administration, and onboarding
• Maintain and prepare employee data in a structured manner
• Analyze existing processes and develop new solutions
• Support the implementation of AI and new tools in daily HR operations
