Senior Consultant SAP HCM/HR

About the role

As a Senior Consultant for SAP HCM/HR, you will support clients in the sustainable development of their HR systems and processes. You will be responsible for analyzing complex requirements, developing solution concepts, and implementing them within SAP. You will work closely with clients and technical experts to drive transformation and migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients in the area of SAP HCM with a focus on Time Management (PT) or Payroll (PY).
• Analyze complex requirements, develop solution concepts, and implement them via SAP Customizing.
• Identify root causes of errors and develop sustainable solutions for complex problems in existing HCM systems.
• Support the optimization of HR processes as well as transition, transformation, and migration projects.
• Take responsibility for your topics and work closely with clients, departments, and technical experts.
