About the role
As a Senior Solution Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and functional development of workforce management solutions. You will design compliant and efficient solutions for workforce planning, shift optimization, and personnel cost control while ensuring seamless integration into HR, ERP, and access control systems. You will act as the domain owner for Workforce and serve as the central interface between Product Management, R&D, Legal, Sales, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Further development of the workforce management portfolio
- Definition of target architectures and solution components
- Development of SaaS and vertical solution concepts
- Ensuring compliance with working time laws, collective agreements, and industry-specific requirements
- Continuous monitoring and evaluation of legal and regulatory changes
- Development of efficient shift and deployment models
- Analysis and optimization of personnel costs
- Collaboration with Engineering in designing interfaces to HR, ERP, and access control systems
