Senior Consultant SAP HCM/HR

About the role

As a Senior Consultant for SAP HCM/HR, you will support clients in the sustainable development of their HR systems and processes. You will take responsibility for complex professional and technical issues and contribute your expertise to customer projects.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients in the area of SAP HCM with a focus on Time Management (PT) or Payroll (PY)
• Analyze complex requirements, develop suitable solution concepts, and implement them in SAP Customizing
• Identify root causes of errors and develop sustainable solutions for challenging problems in existing HCM systems
• Support the optimization of HR processes as well as transition, transformation, and migration projects
• Take responsibility for your topics and work closely with clients, specialist departments, and technical experts
