About the role

The Junior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage end-to-end recruiting processes while helping to professionalize and standardize selection criteria. This role involves close collaboration with leadership to identify necessary competencies and implement structured, evidence-based hiring practices. You will contribute to shaping the company's recruiting strategy and improving the overall candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured briefings with managers to define candidate profiles and competency requirements.
• Lead interviews independently across all levels, from operational to management roles.
• Develop and implement structured interview guides, assessment matrices, and selection standards.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including contract preparation and coordination.
• Collaborate with the People & Culture team to refine recruiting processes and standards.
• Provide clear recommendations to leadership regarding candidate suitability based on objective criteria.
