About the role

As a working student in recruiting, you will gain practical experience by managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job advertisements to conducting initial candidate screenings. You will actively participate in sourcing strategies, explore new AI tools for recruitment, and contribute to process improvements while supporting our commercial and IT hiring efforts.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish job advertisements
• Screen applications and conduct initial telephone interviews
• Support active sourcing for commercial and IT positions
• Test new recruitment tools and AI applications
• Handle administrative recruiting tasks and propose process improvements
