About the role

Baupal Gmbh is seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition with a focus on sales roles. You will drive growth by actively sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment process, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to build a high-performing team. This role is essential for supporting the company's expansion as a leader in energy consulting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting with a focus on sales positions
• Conduct active sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews
• Build and maintain a talent pool
• Collaborate with sales hiring managers
• Create and optimize job advertisements
• Manage recruiting operations and reporting in Personio
