Staff Product Manager

About the role

The Guest Revenue tribe at Mews is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own product context and strategy for booking engines, upselling tools, and guest recognition systems. You will partner with the Director of Product and Engineering to solve complex strategic problems and encode product judgment into shared systems and AI-driven workflows. This role focuses on setting direction and building reusable product frameworks rather than executing individual feature discovery.

Responsibilities

• Own the product context, including customer evidence, outcome definitions, and prioritisation logic.
• Encode product thinking into shared tools and systems to enable autonomous discovery by the team.
• Lead discovery on complex open questions regarding guest offer discovery and data scaling.
• Partner with the Director of Product and Engineering on strategic alignment and high-leverage decisions.
• Collaborate with Staff Engineers and Designers to ensure product decisions are technically sound and user-focused.
