Mid-Market Implementation Specialist

About the role

As a member of the Professional Services team, you will manage and execute the end-to-end implementation of Ashby’s solution for Mid-Market and smaller enterprise customers. You will be responsible for a book of business of approximately 15 active implementations at a time, ensuring a positive customer experience and expedited time to value. This role involves developing implementation plans, managing stakeholders, and guiding customers through the adoption of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end implementation projects for Mid-Market and smaller enterprise customers.
• Define project scope, align stakeholders, and communicate project plans to ensure milestones are met.
• Provide proactive guidance and advocacy to customers throughout the implementation period.
• Advise customers on software best practices to ensure optimal value and adoption.
• Navigate change management processes to help customers adapt to new systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to define progress and improve processes.
