Senior Produkt Manager

About the role

The Senior Product Manager will lead both operational and strategic product management, acting as a bridge between software development, design, customer success, and marketing. This role involves guiding the development team through agile ceremonies, managing the product backlog, and ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively to provide value to customers. The position is a two-year parental leave replacement with the potential for a permanent role afterward.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team through daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews
• Collaborate with engineering on technical architecture and implementation
• Work with customer success and product marketing to align on features and positioning
• Conduct workshops and integration projects with external partners
• Support sales with enterprise deals and host product webinars
• Define product solutions and write precise requirement specifications
• Prioritize the backlog and manage bug fixes
• Perform quality assurance and testing of new functionalities
• Manage release communication and documentation
