About the role

The Senior New Business Manager Public Sector Communications is responsible for the systematic acquisition of new clients within federal and state government sectors. You will identify market trends, develop go-to-market strategies, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote innovative digital communication solutions. The role involves guiding potential clients through digital transformation projects and managing the end-to-end tender and pitch process.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for systematic new client acquisition in the public sector with a focus on federal and state authorities.
• You identify market trends and business opportunities and develop appropriate acquisition, go-to-market, and marketing strategies.
• You plan and manage target-group-specific marketing measures to acquire new customers.
• You build and maintain a resilient network of customers, partners, and relevant market players.
• You advise potential new customers on digital communication solutions, particularly in the areas of websites, CMS, AI, content, campaigns, and social media.
• You identify relevant tenders and accompany offer, procurement, and pitch processes in close cooperation with the specialist departments.
• You represent the company at customer meetings, networking events, and in relevant industry environments.

Qualifications
