About the role

The Research Contract Legal and Financial Manager will support the legal and financial administration of research activities at ENSTA. The role involves drafting and managing research funding contracts, ensuring compliance with financial clauses, and providing budgetary support to project leaders. This position requires collaboration across the Legal and Financial divisions to ensure the security and traceability of research-related agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, control, and format research funding contracts and repayment agreements.
• Verify the consistency and compliance of contractual clauses and financial terms.
• Secure commitments by verifying signing authorizations and internal procedures.
• Prepare documentation for internal validation and signature circuits.
• Provide budgetary support to project leaders for multi-year programming.
• Reference research contracts and maintain shared tracking tables.
• Record research contracts in the financial information system.
