Global Project Manager

About the role

WorkWave is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Global Professional Services team. In this role, you will manage customer relationships, scope billable projects, and develop impactful statements of work while overseeing a diverse portfolio of enterprise software deployments. You will bring structure to complex projects, ensuring a world-class onboarding journey for clients ranging from enterprise corporations to smaller accounts.

Responsibilities

• Champion the adoption of internal AI and automation tools to streamline project tracking and documentation.
• Travel domestically to lead critical kick-off meetings and conduct high-stakes steering committee reviews.
• Establish and navigate complex relationships with international stakeholders and cross-border customers.
• Define and analyze project scopes, resource allocations, and localized outcomes.
• Develop granular project plans and schedule activities across multiple time zones.
• Track progress of concurrent workstreams to ensure deadlines are met punctually.
• Deliver documented project progress updates to delivery teams, sponsors, and clients.
• Identify and resolve emerging risks and localized issues professionally.
