About the role
The Senior Partnerships Manager will serve as a commercial lead and strategic advisor for a portfolio of partner banks in the UK and Europe. This role involves managing senior stakeholder relationships, driving deposit growth, and overseeing the integration of new banks and products into the Raisin platform.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary strategic contact for Treasury Heads, CFOs, and C-suite banking executives to align platform capabilities with their balance sheet and liquidity objectives.
- Proactively structure, negotiate, and execute commercial growth strategies to scale partner Assets Under Management and launch new deposit product lines.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams across internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless bank onboarding and technical integrations.
- Drive priority commercial initiatives across the UK and EEA markets to identify opportunities for adjacent financial products and expanded partner coverage.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline
- 3–6+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Strategic Partnerships within a B2B Fintech/BaaS scale-up
