Founder Associate to the CTO

About the role

As a Founder Associate, you will act as the right hand to the CTO, managing daily operations and driving strategic projects. This role bridges the gap between technical infrastructure and business strategy, requiring a candidate who can translate technical concepts into commercial decisions. You will play a key role in technical hiring and process development to help the company scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CTO's priorities and prepare briefing documents for key meetings.
• Lead the first round of technical hiring and coordinate the interview process.
• Take ownership of strategic projects, including deep dives into emerging tech trends and board-level materials.
• Evaluate and drive strategic technical partnerships.
• Translate technical topics into commercial decisions and clear narratives for stakeholders.
• Build and maintain processes for the CTO office and engineering team.
