Regional Sales Director

About the role

The Regional Sales Director will own the growth of Homecare Homebase within their territory by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business with home care, hospice, and personal care agencies. This role involves building strategic territory plans, delivering product demonstrations, and managing complex sales processes while maintaining relationships with C-level executives. The successful candidate will be a self-starting hunter who thrives in a high-performing sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Exceed assigned sales quota and pipeline-building objectives within your territory.
• Build and execute a robust strategic territory plan, prioritizing and following up on targets and contacts.
• Manage a complex selling process from qualification to close, including RFPs, site visits, reference calls, contract negotiations and financial proposals/ROIs.
• Partner with business development to qualify and follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns and other outreach in a timely manner.
• Articulate the value of all HCHB solutions and services, including interoperability and operational benefits, using client stories to demonstrate impact.
• Coordinate the product specialist team to deliver winning product demonstrations to qualified prospects.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts and activity updates to sales leadership, and document prospect activity in Salesforce.
• Maintain positive relationships with current clients, including C-level executives, and coordinate case studies and user stories with marketing.
• Represent Homecare Homebase at trade shows and conferences in your territory.
