About the role
The Expert HR Tech Solution Architect will join the People & Organization Digital Transformation team to shape and transform Flix's global HR technology landscape. This role involves supporting the architecture, integration, and governance framework across a complex, multi-entity organization to enable the company's HR target operating model. You will act as a bridge between HR functional and technology teams, driving global HR technology implementation projects from requirements through to go-live.
Responsibilities
- Shape Flix's target HR technology architecture across core HRIS, payroll, talent, and recruiting systems.
- Drive global HRIS transformation initiatives, including platform revamps, redesigns, and migrations.
- Define HR technology integrations and data flows between the HRIS and surrounding enterprise systems using various integration patterns.
- Establish and evolve HR technology governance and control frameworks, including system ownership, security, and data privacy compliance.
- Translate business and process requirements into target-state solutions and executable designs.
