Engineering Manager, Business Technology

About the role

AutoScout24 is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise integrations and automation solutions. This role oversees platform initiatives across ERP, Billing, Revenue, CRM, and HRIS systems while driving operational excellence and modernization. The manager will lead engineering teams, define technical standards, and implement AI-enabled capabilities to improve productivity and business insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise integrations and automation solutions across ERP, Billing, Revenue, CRM, HRIS, and related platforms.
• Define scalable integration patterns, system interfaces, API strategies, data flows, and engineering standards across enterprise applications.
• Apply an AI-first approach to solution development by identifying opportunities to improve automation, operational efficiency, insights, and engineering productivity.
• Lead system migration initiatives, including transition planning, cutover strategy, dependency mapping, risk management, and business continuity considerations.
• Oversee the design and support of data pipelines that enable reliable movement, transformation, and availability of business-critical data across systems.
• Manage end-to-end execution of integration and platform programs, including planning, prioritization, dependency management, issue resolution, and delivery oversight.
• Lead engineering resources by providing technical direction, coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
