Staff Product Manager

About the role

As a Staff Product Manager in the Agent Security division, you will shape how organizations build and secure AI applications at scale. You will lead product discovery, validate problem-solution fit, and define the vision and roadmap for early-stage products. This role involves collaborating with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to drive innovation within an AI-native development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product discovery from idea to execution by partnering with engineers, designers, and customers.
• Validate problem-solution fit by designing lean experiments and MVPs.
• Shape the vision and roadmap for owned capabilities, balancing short-term experiments with long-term strategic bets.
• Influence the broader innovation agenda by presenting roadmap and strategy to customers, leadership, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to take new ideas from concept to product-market fit.
