About the role

Kernel is building a reliable business identity layer for AI agents to operate effectively across enterprise systems. As a Technical Product Manager, you will own a product area end-to-end, bridging the gap between customer needs and engineering implementation. You will work directly with founders to shape the product roadmap and vision in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own all stages of product development from discovery to implementation for core product areas and bets.
• Bridge the link between customers and the engineering team.
• Help shape the product roadmap and vision for the company.
• Drive quality improvements via evals and recursive self-improvement for AI agents.
