Expert Tech Solution Architect - HR

About the role

The Expert HR Tech Solution Architect will join the People & Organization Digital Transformation team to shape and transform Flix's global HR technology landscape. This role involves defining architectural direction, managing integration landscapes, and establishing governance frameworks to support a complex, multi-country organization. You will act as a bridge between HR functional teams and technology teams to translate business requirements into executable designs.

Responsibilities

• Shape Flix's target HR technology architecture across core HRIS, payroll, talent, and enterprise systems.
• Drive global HRIS transformation initiatives, including platform revamps, redesigns, and migrations.
• Define HR technology integrations and data flows using REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, and middleware.
• Establish and evolve HR technology governance, security frameworks, and data privacy controls aligned with GDPR.
• Act as the bridge between HR functional and technology teams to translate requirements into target-state solutions.
