About the role

The Team Leader for Investment Management & M&A will oversee the company's portfolio and lead strategic development in coordination with executive management and international subsidiaries. This role involves managing transaction processes, providing governance advice, and leading a team of four professionals. The position serves as a key interface between internal departments and external advisors to ensure the group's continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ongoing strategic development of domestic and international portfolio investments.
• Provide governance and committee advice to executive management regarding legal and structural matters.
• Lead the end-to-end transaction process including structuring, due diligence coordination, and negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and international subsidiaries while managing external legal, tax, and commercial advisors.
• Provide professional and disciplinary leadership for a team of four, including individual development and mentoring.
