The firm is seeking an Associate to support M&A and financing mandates, working closely with deal leads on complex transactions across Europe. The role involves taking early responsibility for key work packages and contributing to the strategic preparation and execution of deals.
Responsibilities
- Active participation in M&A and financing mandates in the renewable energy and infrastructure sector from preparation to closing
- Independent processing and coordination of key work packages within ongoing transactions
- Creation, review, and development of financial models and valuation of companies, projects, and portfolios
- Preparation of teasers, information memorandums, management presentations, and decision documents
- Analysis and preparation of transaction, financing, and due diligence documentation
- Conducting market, company, and investor analyses
- Direct collaboration with deal leads, clients, investors, and external advisors
- Support in preparing pitches and developing new mandates
