About the role

Sancovia is an owner-managed European M&A and Corporate Finance group supporting mid-sized companies with acquisitions, divestitures, and buy-and-build strategies. The analyst will work on demanding transactions in an international environment with high personal responsibility and direct collaboration. The role involves active participation in sales mandates and acquisition activities.

Responsibilities

  • Active participation in sales mandates, including the creation of information memoranda, management presentations, and teasers
  • Active participation in acquisition activities to win new mandates
  • Execution of financial and valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, CoCos/CoTrans)
  • Independent market and company research
  • Support in the creation of data rooms and management of due diligence processes
  • Working with databases
