About the role

Lux Point Partners is seeking an intern to support their M&A team in Hanover starting in January 2027. The role involves active participation in sell-side advisory for the SME segment and contributing to the development of Europe's most digital investment bank.

Responsibilities

• Support the sell-side in succession and acquisition situations within the SME segment
• Identify and analyze potential buyers and sellers and prepare pitches
• Process and update project documentation such as investment memos and teasers
• Assist in the preparation of company valuations
• Perform administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

• Currently in the 3rd or 4th semester of a business administration degree
• Prior experience in consulting, investment banking, or Big 4 firms
