Teamleiter Beteiligungsmanagement & M&A

About the role

We are looking for a leader to manage the company's international holdings and drive the group's strategic development. You will work closely with the executive board and international subsidiaries to oversee portfolio management and corporate governance. This role involves leading a team of four and managing the entire M&A transaction process.

Responsibilities

• Steuerung und strategische Weiterentwicklung des Portfolios in- und ausländischer Beteiligungen
• Beratung der Geschäftsführung und Mandatsträger bei rechtlichen und strukturellen Fragestellungen
• Aufbau einer Reporting- und Dokumentationssystematik
• Steuerung des gesamten Transaktionsprozesses von der Strukturierung bis zum Verhandlungsabschluss
• Auswahl und Steuerung externer Berater aus den Bereichen Recht, Steuern und Prüfung
• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines vierköpfigen Teams

Qualifications
