Product Manager, Central Products

About the role

Meta is seeking effective Product Managers to lead AI transformation at scale and drive product initiatives across the company. You will work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and researchers to innovate and execute product strategies. The role requires a focus on rapid experimentation, AI-native strategy development, and the ability to lead complex projects with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

• Identify significant near and long-term opportunities and drive product mission, strategies, and roadmaps.
• Generate buy-in and drive consensus across organizations while bringing clarity to ambiguous opportunities.
• Evaluate the application of AI at the portfolio level and translate AI capabilities into compelling product visions.
• Drive product development with cross-functional teams, maintaining team health and coordinating resources.
• Reimagine workflows using AI tools to transform team velocity and capability at an organizational scale.
• Plan and manage information technology projects for web-based products, applications, and platforms.
• Define and analyze key performance metrics, leveraging user insights, quantitative analysis, and AB testing to drive decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience working with engineering, design and user research teams
• 10+ years of product management or product design experience
