About the role
Skailark is seeking two Senior Managers to help build and expand a digital twin of the global aviation market. You will lead a small team of business analysts while remaining hands-on in developing and improving models related to aircraft operations or airline financial performance. Working closely with the product team, you will ensure data accuracy and reliability to help clients make smarter financial and environmental decisions.
Responsibilities
- Leading and coaching a small team of 2–3 business analysts: supporting their development and ensuring the quality and accuracy of their work
- Taking ownership of Skailark's supply/technical aerospace or finance/cost models
- Continuously improving existing models and developing new ones to increase accuracy and value for our customers
- Hands-on building and testing of models, working closely with the product team to make sure they fit into the wider Skailark product landscape

Qualifications
