Staff Product Manager: Product Discovery Engine

About the role

Constructor is seeking a systems-minded Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of their Product Discovery Engine. This role focuses on improving search relevance and business outcomes like conversion and revenue for global retail clients by leveraging machine learning and search infrastructure. You will partner with engineering and data science teams to translate research into production-ready capabilities while setting the long-term vision for the discovery chapter.

Responsibilities

• Drive measurable lift in search-attributed conversion, revenue per visit, and GMV across retail verticals.
• Translate the latest ML and IR research into production wins and SOTA ML/LLM-assisted capabilities.
• Define the multi-quarter vision and strategy for the Product Discovery Engine.
• Lead the Search Quality team strategy and roadmap to improve result relevance.
• Orchestrate cross-functional efforts across recall, ranking, query understanding, and personalization.
• Build evaluation frameworks and tooling to measure and explain discovery quality and business impact.

Qualifications
