About the role

The Senior Product Manager will take responsibility for product lines in the broker products sector, including liability, household, accident, and rental deposit insurance. You will lead the development of these products from initial concept to implementation, focusing on growth, customer value, and innovation. The role involves collaborating across product, sales, marketing, tech, claims, and operations teams to translate market feedback and business goals into concrete product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and further develop product lines in the broker products sector with a focus on growth and innovation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, Tech, Claims, and Operations.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from initial idea to implementation and ongoing operation.
• Analyze the needs of sales partners and customers to create high-value insurance offerings.
• Translate market feedback, business objectives, and customer requirements into actionable product decisions.
