About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will focus on performance recruiting to increase hiring numbers and improve candidate experience. You will develop and manage targeted recruiting campaigns across digital channels, analyze key performance metrics, and guide candidates through the entire hiring process. Additionally, you will contribute to employer branding efforts and collaborate closely with internal leadership to attract top talent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage targeted recruiting campaigns across job boards, social media, and digital channels.
• Analyze recruitment metrics such as conversion rates, cost-per-application, and cost-per-hire to optimize processes.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate journey from initial contact to hiring.
• Collaborate with leadership and department heads to meet hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a talent pool and utilize active sourcing strategies.
• Create authentic recruiting content and execute employer branding activities.
