Senior Business Operations Manager

About the role

The Senior Business Operations Manager is responsible for improving the operational structure, reporting, and day-to-day governance to ensure the business runs efficiently. This role combines revenue operations, business analysis, process improvement, and quality management to turn business priorities into clear processes and reliable reporting. The position requires strong operational experience and the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives while working closely with leadership and the Go-To-Market team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the revenue operations framework including pipeline governance, forecasting, and sales process discipline.
• Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards and operational reporting packs for leadership and functional teams.
• Design, document, and improve scalable business processes across various functions such as Marketing and Procurement.
• Lead medium-to-large cross-functional operational projects from diagnosis through to implementation.
• Own the ongoing maintenance of ISO9001 accreditation and ensure the quality management system remains audit-ready.
• Manage team goals, performance, and development while fostering a collaborative and engaging environment.
