About the role

As a Werkstudent in Business Operations, you will work at the intersection of data, automation, and operational processes to drive data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for developing internal reporting dashboards, identifying manual processes for automation, and implementing AI-supported workflows. This role offers significant ownership, allowing you to build technical solutions and improve operational efficiency within a growing EdTech environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business operations dashboards using Claude Code and integrate data from HubSpot and other systems.
• Define and document key performance indicators and ensure data quality by identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Identify recurring manual tasks and implement automated workflows using tools like Zapier, HubSpot, and custom scripts.
• Build AI-supported workflows and integrations using Claude, MCP, and various APIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and manage project prioritization.
