Founders Associate

About the role

The Founders Associate will work directly with the Managing Director to streamline operations, manage financial dashboards, and support administrative and accounting functions. This role involves taking ownership of specific projects such as process automation, financial analysis, or marketing development to free up leadership capacity. The position offers deep insight into company strategy and operations within a small, growing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and cash flow planning tools
• Automate administrative and accounting processes using AI tools
• Support the Managing Director with project preparation, decision-making, and follow-up tasks
• Manage website content, maintenance, and development
• Provide administrative support for site operations, including documentation and authority liaison
• Assist in daily office management and organizational tasks
