The Principal, Business Operations and Strategy will lead high-impact initiatives that cut across functions to shape how the company sets priorities, allocates resources, and measures progress. This role involves overseeing strategic planning, execution governance, and the enterprise initiative portfolio while mentoring BizOps talent. The position serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership to drive growth, efficiency, and execution across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual strategy and planning cycle from long-range vision to yearly investment allocation.
• Govern the company’s OKR and business review process to ensure accountability and measurable progress.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives that advance strategic priorities and resolve execution bottlenecks.
• Build and evolve the enterprise strategy scorecard and shared dashboards to quantify progress.
• Establish consistent systems, processes, and decision-rights frameworks to improve organizational maturity.
• Coach and mentor the BizOps team while driving cultural adoption of data-informed execution.
