HR Operations Manager

About the role

Salience Labs is seeking an HR Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of People Operations as the company scales its photonic technology for AI infrastructure. This role involves ensuring compliance, managing HR systems, and fostering a consistent, high-performing culture across international teams. The successful candidate will take ownership of the employee lifecycle and refine operational processes to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the employee lifecycle end to end, including onboarding, changes, and off-boarding.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records across all geographies.
• Ensure compliance with employment law across the UK and US.
• Manage contracts, policies, and documentation.
• Own and optimise HRIS and People tooling, including Humaans and ATS workflows.
• Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and day-to-day people matters.
• Support the development and embedding of a consistent company culture across geographies.
