Working Student Product Management

About the role

The Working Student will support the Product Management team throughout the product development lifecycle, including market research, backlog management, and feature delivery. This role involves collaborating with UX, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to improve manufacturing software solutions. The position requires a structured approach to managing multiple tasks and a commitment to contributing to a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Research UI/UX standards and best practices for SaaS software to support the UX team
• Support owner reviews by implementing frontend changes derived from UX meetings
• Analyze user behavior to derive action items for UX and Product Management teams
• Maintain the product backlog by identifying relevant or outdated topics
• Set up process automations for backlog management and sprint board alignment
• Support the creation of user help and in-product documentation
• Conduct market research to identify competitors and inform feature development
