About the role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will join Eye Security during a period of growth to help shape and scale the talent acquisition function across Europe. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, managing end-to-end recruitment while driving initiatives to improve hiring processes, assessment frameworks, and employer branding. This role focuses on quality-driven hiring and building sustainable recruitment strategies in a high-growth cybersecurity environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, shape hiring strategies, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
- Own end-to-end recruitment across a variety of technical and business roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance, with a strong focus on quality and candidate experience.
- Design and continuously improve recruitment processes, including structured interviews, competency-based assessments, scorecards, and feedback loops.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines by engaging passive candidates and exploring new channels.
- Use data and market insights to guide hiring decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and continuously optimize recruitment performance.
- Take ownership of Talent Acquisition initiatives beyond day-to-day hiring, such as employer branding, recruitment operations, hiring manager enablement, recruiting events, and process improvements.
